Our internal and external teams are hand picked by the President of our
organization. This ensures the right people are being selected to
represent the professional reputation that Parss Courier has created and
that our clients have come to expect and rely upon.
All drivers are asked to wear business casual attire while at work at
all times. The exception to this would be in the case of our bicycle
couriers who dress appropriately in bicycle wear due to the extreme
nature and conditions of their duties.
If a problem ever arises with one of our representatives or employees at
any time, we will investigate the situation and resolve it as quickly
and professionally as possible. Every effort is made to keep incident
levels to a minimum.
We take great pride in the way that our employees and representatives
conduct themselves and in turn they are treated accordingly. This is the
main reason that Parss Courier has a very low rate of turn over and has
been that way for many years.
