Our internal and external teams are hand selected by the Owners of our company. This ensures the service you need also reflects the professional image and reputation that our clients have come to expect and rely upon when we represent your organization.
All drivers are asked to wear business casual attire at all times. The exception to this would be in the case of our bicycle couriers who dress appropriately in bicycle gear due to the extreme nature and conditions of their duties. All representatives are required to have photo Parss Courier security cards which indicate their broker number and company information.
If an issue arises with one of our representatives or employees at any time, we will investigate the situation and resolve it as quickly and professionally as possible. Every effort is made to keep incident levels to a minimum.
