This includes all domestic packages destined within Canada as well. Strictly following all time guidelines, rules and regulations, these services operate from within our current location as a separate entity from our local Same day and Overnight operations.

 In effect, there will be no service interruptions with the existing operation in and throughout the Greater Toronto Area. This department has been developed within our company specifically designed and structured to accommodate our Domestic and International services. An experienced team of highly trained operators enters all of the pertinent information by processing each piece individually matching your company’s exact requirements.

We will ensure the completion of each and every delivery with routine deadline confirmations, including proof of delivery upon request. Invoicing will also provide all charge back or client codes that you require for accounting purposes. An integrated Parss Courier “HOT LINE” policy was created and implemented specifically for our organization to allow direct communication between our operation and the vendors who ultimately expedite the deliveries. This eliminates frustrating waiting periods customers experience while trying to retrieve information with regards to their packages, through the use of a standard customer service number. A designated troubleshooter from each carrier we utilize has been assigned to our account and exclusively assists us with any inquiries and/or problems that may arise throughout the duration of our regular business hours.
